Paul Dorian – FOUNDER
Born and raised in the heart of Silicon Valley, Paul Dorian is a lifelong entrepreneur and technology lover. As early as 3rd grade, Paul was tackling IT (information technology) issues at his elementary school. He sees entrepreneurial opportunities in everything around him. As made evident by the launch of his first business venture as a 4rd grader and has not slowed down since. If asked what he wanted to be when he grew up, he would have responded with, “An inventor!” However, his love of technology and drive as a young entrepreneur placed him on the path of becoming an innovator in the field of IT.
Paul’s passion for IT and problem solving has taken him on quite a journey. From consultant, to business owner, he has provided quality IT support at every level. At the age of 18 he started UIS Technology partners – a managed service provider (MSP) that provides IT services to a variety of clients.
Paul and UIS quickly earned the reputation of being dependable, trustworthy, and easy to work with. Paul’s passion is his work, and he is always eager to personally interact with his clients to provide an unparalleled degree of service. In 2016, some two decades later, Paul and UIS Tech celebrated 20 years of service to Bay Area non-profits, manufacturers and other small businesses.
Christian Spence – CTO
A Rhode Island native turned California man, Christian is an IT industry veteran who has spent his career helping launch, grow and advise many successful companies. Spence brings a practical approach to IT management, drawn from years of maximizing IT potential for companies.
A business leader with more than 20 years of IT management experience and technical insight, Christian is the Chief Technology Officer of UIS Technology Partners. In this role, he offers his expertise to clients in a variety of fields: from critical IT decisions to deploying new technologies to optimizing existing environments. Christian is a trusted source of counsel for organizations that value such an accessible, and effective, individual. His achievements also extend to technical sales support, the building of virtualized and traditional computing centers, advanced specialization in network management and security, data protection and disaster recovery. An executive of the highest caliber, Christian collaborates with each client to reach the right outcome, on time and on budget.
